We focus on low rep and heavy with this one to build strength. Go as heavy as you possibly can while maintaining excellent technique✅

Start off with 2 sumo deadlifts, then 2 hike power cleans, followed by 2 front squats and finish it off with 2 push press✅

As soon as you finish, rest 2-3 minutes. Do 5 sets✅

Wow it's so nice to see some serious kettle bell strength training routines that don't require me to do handstands or backflips for once

So I was a pretty often in the gym till I kinda got bored of doing the same stuff, same routine (from ages 21-29) so I ended up slacking off and stopped going… ended up going back after about a year break, got huge again but then got bored(plus family + kids now). Now I’m 31 and long story short, I’ve purposely quit my gym membership since August and it’s now about seven months later straight with kettlebells, and I’m so mad I never started using them earlier. They are so fucking fun once you get the hang of them. I might have lost some mass but it’s the first time in years, that I have a clearly defined six pack WITH the extra muscles. It’s the perfect blend of weight lifting combined with movement in way less time.

kettlebells requires many benefits that barblls and dumbbells cannot. they target many muscle groups and increases strength, endurance, and flexibility for compound movements.

they improve power output for increased lean muscle mass and work on building the base for more explosive movements. and also enhances mind-muscle connection faster than dumbbells or any other piece of gym equipment.

Hi..I need suggestions. I am new to KBs and I plan to purchase, focusing on building core strength while losing fat and building lean mass. I am 44M, 98kgs and targeting 70kgs. I do lift little weights at home through dumbbells and curl bar. I plan to do KB swings, deadlifts, shoulder presses and goblet squats mainly. Kindly suggest.
