This is to fast paced and there is a weird clicking sound that is super distracting

Please please PLEASE cut out the sounds of the microphone being bumped and the sound of the narrator swallowing. It is so distracting. The message of the meditation is great but those things ruin it! Lazy editing!

This Meditation is absolutely amazing, a bit too fast though, was hard to move so fast, but otherwise absolutely loved it 💞

I have a thing where I cannot stand the sound of chewing; it give me wicked anxiety and makes me annoyingly mad. I LOVED this meditation, but the moving the mouth and hearing that chewing sound while not talking would make me really back to being uncomfortable and tense, which obviously isnt your fault! Maybe a microphone that shuts off when you arent talking into it.

Excellent meditation but the bumping around in the background was really distracting and prevented me from fully engaging. :/

Really wanted to enjoy this as the narration was fine. It was the background noises in the recording that I didn't like and had to turn it off. Sounded like she was sitting on a stool on uneven ground!

This is my least favorite meditation because of the pace of the reader. It actually made me feel stressed out because how fast it was delivered. I hope she reads this as a constructive criticism because I LOVE her work with the exception of this one.

I wish the pase until 4.30 was slower. I feel like Sara is trying to give a lot of information in a short amount of time, but it is hard to take it all in.

Too fast, I was focusing on one command when she was already moving on to the next completly different one :/

Would have been very good except for mic thumps and lip clack that brought me out if meditative state on each occasion.
Also, an image of letting go would be helpful when listing... like "see XYZ floating out of your being like dark smoke, dissipating as it floats away..." instead of just saying "let it go."
Very nice premise, though. Other than these things, it was very good. 🙂

This is one kick butt meditation.
Maybe after a few times I’ll be able to shut down that nasty “Yeah, right” nagging sarcasm in the corner of the brain.
Actually proud of actually making it down the staircase…I’ve had to quit on some of the stages meditations …

This is probably my favourite meditation out of all the previous that I have listened to for CONTENT, but right from the beginning I found the pace of the meditation far too fast. I see that this was produced two years ago and must say that the more recent productions have vastly improved. Sara's meditations are my absolute favourites on the internet for the quality of the writing and the calm execution. Maybe an update of this recording could be done with the slower pace that we have come to know and love with The Mindful Movement?
