And another important question my Friend! I have a 40kg Kettlebell is it good when i do one arm Deadlift? Like 10 rep with the right 10 rep with the left… im scared to not train right

For the one armed exercises at 4 sets. Assuming that’s 2 per arm and not 4 each arm?

Mike, no offense but shouldn’t you have your focused muscles on tension the whole time? Because it seems that you put the kettlebell down releasing the tension.
Great channel overall though 🙌

You will not gain anything dont waste your time buy a pair of heavy dumbbell or just a pull-up bar
