No joke i have been searching up and down just to find some sort of example of a pulling/hinging routine. I’ve been trying to develop a push/squat and pull/hinge day as i do other sports like wrestling so just combining legs into the push pull categories would save time and energy. This is so helpful, thank you🙏🙏✨

I lasted 3 rounds, used 32kg kettlebell for this exercise. My lats were burning, especially on dose alternating rows....
