this is my 3rd time doing this routine and all i can say is i improved and i love it, i'd like to see more kettlebell routines like this 😭 i also do your kettlebell leg and kettlebell chest, its so nice to do only 4-5 exercises and repeat 4x10-15, the burn is insane
