If you are struggling to make a decision in your life or simply want to get to know yourself better, this special yoga nidra meditation and visualization practice is for you. It is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating if used during the day. It can also be used to help you fall asleep and enjoy extremely productive and healing sleep. It has been said that 1 hour of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep. Using this systematic approach to full body and mind meditative rest to enjoy blissful peace and uncover your heart’s desires while you relieve stress.

This practice of yogic sleep will guide you to the state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. You do not worry if you do not hear everything. It is natural to flow in and out of conscious hearing. The deepest part of you is listening.

This meditation is 50 minutes of spoken word and can be used during the day or to help you go to sleep for the night.
If you are listening to this recording with the intention to move into a sleeping state, my voice will simply fade into the background and your subconscious mind will be ready to allow sleep to easily come to you.
If you are moving on with your day, your subconscious will listen to my voice bring you back to full awareness. You may also want to set a soft timer if you don't plan to go to sleep.

PS COMMENT ~ This story is 100% TRUE from this morning. Woke up at 6am, Decided to listen to this video AGAIN with a view to getting my home dressmaking enterprise back up and running after a long absence so didn't expect to fall asleep again but nonetheless Sara started talking and I was laying in bed listening and the next minute I had woken up, the video had FINISHED but the amazing thing is I had HAD the most vivid dream about myself and in the dream I had become extremely successful as a fashion design and had worked my way up to great heights in achievements and actually saw myself in my studio leaps and bounds ahead of where I am currently ! WHOA, I kid thee not and I know the chances of that happening are pretty slim but what a crazy chain of events ? Did I subconsciously hear Sara in my sleep ? When I saw this video I immediately thought about concentrating on getting my designs up and running again but such a vivid dream of success DURING listening to this video. Feedback ? Anyone ? Just Coincidence ? The Meditation had a Profound effect ? Blessed Be 🙃💞

Decided to do this meditation mid afternoon on a Sunday. Had absolutely no expectations, just wanted a peaceful nap, BUT this turned out to be one of the most life changing meditations I’ve done. I had so many visuals during this that helped me get clarity on my heart’s desires as you say in the title. I came out of this meditation feeling pure joy and immediately journaled for 5-6 pages. That journaling has helped me find what I would love to do with my life and career moving forward. This was magical 🎉 thank you!!

positive feedback:
1:- the zoning tone background music is absolutely essential "for me" to achieve a peaceful trance like state of meditation (I've tried other music and no music but this particular music wave is the only one that is truly beneficial 💞

2:- the particular narrator is all essential and only a few people on youtube work for me, sara is absolutely perfect 💞

3:- i also listen to these meditations during my day "at home" whilst doing housework or pattern drafting and working and it's absolutely amazing how it changes daily tasks in the house to peaceful sessions of healing 💞
