Year after year I set goals to start some type of work out routine and year after year I fail. Finally at 31 years old I found your channel and have been semi consistent in doing a few workouts a week. Your content is so accessable for someone like me with very little patience and with problems following workout videos. The previews you show for the next movement, the playlists, it's all perfect. Thank you Monika for another great workout! I really loved the dynamic movement that stretched me from head to toe. I personally am going to use this in the morning as a wake up out of bed mobility routine. I loved how it had a "goldilocks feel" - not rushed and not too static.

Hi Monika! I love and enjoy all the exercises. I always make time to squeeze in a 10 or 15 minutes of my day doing them otherwise I feel guilty😀. One in the morning, midday and the night time yoga.

Also I would like to request if you can do barre exercises with any equipment that you think can be use while at home.

Absolutely love your videos. I like how you use beeps and that you use music instead of a voice over. I've tried your gentle workouts like this one, but the timing is great and I'm never thinking, Oh God is it over yet?
