Ingredients:
Chicken (thighs, breast, legs, whatever u like)
Carrots
Mushrooms (any kind). I used white, shiitake and woodear
Beef stock or chicken stock (beef stock tastes better)
Lemon juice
Dills
Parsley
Soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
Paprika powder
Cayenne powder
Milk
Corn starch

Steps:
1. Slice chicken in small size. I used 4 chicken legs/ thighs for 4 servings but you can adjust this.
2. Medium heat. Minced Add garlic, chicken. Stir fry chicken with 3 tbsp of soy sauce ono allow the chicken to absorb the flavors before adding in broth
3. Chop carrots into bite size. 4 carrots or however many you want. U are supposed to add chopped onion too but I forgot lol
4. Add beef stock ~ 1L or 32oz. Wait for the carrots to 60% cooked to add other things
5. Add mushrooms
6. Add around 1 oz (or more) of chopped dills
7. Add 1 tbsp of paprika powder
8. Add 1 tbsp of cayenne powder
9. Add this point the carrots should be somewhat cooked. If not wait a little before proceeding
10. Mix 2 cups of milk with 2 or more tbsp of corn starch. More milk means creamier. More corn starch means denser. Low heat because high heat will make the milk break
11. Add ~ 1/3 cup of parsley
12. Season with more soy sauce (1:4 cup? I have a large pot) and salt (maybe around 1/2- 1 tbsp) to taste
13. Add 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice (u can use whole lemon 🍋 )
