thank you so much! i go to school from 7:30am to 3:30pm and then i have dance lessons that go from 5-9, so i tend to eat out a lot. this motivates me to start preparing my weekly meals over the weekends! thank you so much! this is going to be my first real attempt to lose weight because i’m going on a trip over summer and i want to lose 40-50 pounds by then.

I need to make time for meal prep. I still eat healthy when busy but not as healthy and balanced as it could be if I would plan ahead. Great video!

80 to 90% determines your success in weight loss. Work on your nutrition side.

# daily energy expenditure
1. Basal metabolic rate (BMR) 70% of your calorie expenditure your body need for basic body movement like digestion.
2. non- exercises activity thermogenesis (NEAT) 15%
stuff you do during the day some casual activities like walking in school, shifting chairs.
3. Thermic effect of food (EEF) 10% calories needed to digest your food.
4. Exercise- activity- thermogene (EAT) 5% things you actively do like working out, exercise, weight training.

#simplest thing to do for keeping your nutrition is NUTRITION PREP!!

Thank you so much, i am gonna start tomorrow, i have school and before school started i was able to lose a lil over 10 pounds because i didnt have school. but i cant now because i get sick if i dont eat at school and intermittent fast. so i am gonna eat at home when i wake up, then when i get home from school i will eat. pretty eyes btw :)

Great video, I have two jobs, one from 8-5pm and second from 5:30 to 9pm so it's been super hard to fit meal prep and exercizing on my routine... But I stay motivated : )

Amazing video!
I recently got my first two jobs and I’m struggling with my little belly area, I have fats there and it’s increasing and it’s annoying me.
I work two jobs and I eat only one meal a day and I have no time to workout, I thought by working all day I’ll loose weight specially that I don’t eat much, but it just turned out that I am gaining belly fat!

I have came to the conclusion I’m lazy 😂I hold myself accountable for eating the snacks and then struggling with not having any energy I’m definitely going to do better because I don’t want to look a mess in my graduate program pictures lol

I want some tips on diet on vacation as I go over to my relatives they'd force u too eat with them sugary things fast food heo of I manage that and how do I eat healthy at their house and also I'm a college student during exams I pull over nighters and I have high level of stress what to do for that
