Upper back issues? Rib Pain? This is an incredible exercise!

This movement is something I do at least once a week with a medicine ball or big stability ball. Some people use a weight plate. I don’t usually use something small like what is shown in the video.

This movement can be done at any speed or intensity, but I would recommend starting off slow and controlled. The goal is to try and isolate the range of motion to just the thoracic spine.

When protracting the shoulder blades while holding onto the ball, the ROTATION is by far the most intense sensation you will get from this exercise. This is stretching the serratus posterior. The combination of flexion, rotation, and an inhale will greatly intensify the stretch in the middle of your back and to the side of your spine. This is likely a movement you haven’t done very much of.

Adding a heavy medicine ball or weight plate will allow you to build strength in this movement.

😮 omg! I've been doing this naturally, I hug my blankets in bed arms and between legs, feels really good & so physically helpful!!! It's physically therapeutic, and also if life is being life and there's no body pillow to hug lol. Broken pelvis pain and if you get periods, no matter who you are it makes your RIBS feel so relieved 😄

Hello could plz tell me any exercises for stiff knees couldn't able to bend completely and my xray are fine and I have not undergone any surgery and no injury still my knees are stiff plz suggest any exercises

I cant fimd the short where you pull your feet together for stability.
I did that off and on all day and just did a pistol squat on my weak side... just suddenly the bottom of my foot became my focus and felt all hingey ❤ spank you
