Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am a 64-year-old woman and I have been suffering with upper back tightness for years whenever I try to do various activities such as painting, drawing, jewelry making, washing dishes, etc. I’ve seen a chiropractor for most of the past 40 years, but I’ve never gotten any helpful exercises like these! My pain and tension went away right away after I did the figure eights. I went ahead and did the exercise on the foam rollers and the exercises to strengthen the upper back, too. I’m sure it will all help me. You are so wonderful to share these exercises with us! Thank you so much!

I am a former physical therapist who moved into an industrial safety / injury prevention role 16 years ago. I practiced for 12, and thought I knew a lot, however there are some brilliant exercise and self care measures here that I never knew—until now. I no longer see patients—I was looking for ideas for myself actually for some upper back pain. I will use all of this. Very useful and using things people would have around their house—no expensive equipment. Straightforward, practical and well presented. You checked all the boxes IMO, thanks 🙏.

This has saved my life I've lived with the most hurendes pain in my back for years tried every thing and pain meds. After 1 session against a wall my pain has gone down 75 present in only 5 minutes I thank you sir. I will do this every day. Get back to living
