Push ups for beginners can be a tough exercise. This is a Tamil video in which I explain the simple exercises a beginner can practice at home to do their first push-ups. Even though push-ups are a basic exercise, it requires some amount of arm power to execute the movement. As beginners have low arm power, I have included exercises that can increase the arm power and help your way to do the perfect push-ups.

This video is made in such a way that a beginner can learn to do the pushups effectively in just 7 days. There are a few techniques one can follow to strengthen their arm strength, and this pushups for beginners video covers the secret hack to strengthen and increase your pushup count.

The number of reps and sets to perform for 7 days:
1. Wall Push-ups : 15 counts x 3 sets
2. Push-ups negative : 15 counts x 4 sets
3. Push-ups plank : 30 secs hold x 3 sets
4. Inclined push-ups : 15 counts x 3 sets
5. Knee push-ups : 15 counts x 3 sets

You might feel soreness the next day, but practice this every day and make sure you follow the technique correctly.
