I’m training for the Air Force. This is so helpful. I’ve been doing ineffective push ups for the last month, and I feel like I set myself back. The negative push-ups really helped me a ton too! Thank you sir! Your channel is so helpful!

I'm in Junior ROTC (military) and we had a physical test a few months ago, involving how many push ups we could do in a minute. The first physical test I only got seven before my arms gave out; we had one today and I was able to do 20 pushups! I'm so happy with my progress ^^

Starting today 19/12/2022! my max is 6 push-ups, let's see how it goes.

• 19/12/2022 : 5 x 4 push-ups, 5 x 5 negatives, 3 x 30 sec planches
ps: I took 2min rest instead of 30s on this first one but starting from tomorrow I'm gonna be taking 30s rest periods.

• 20/12/2022: 4, 4, 4, 5(knee), 5(knee) pushups, 5x5 negatives, 3x30 sec planches
ps: Doing more than my max/3 is a big mistake.

• 21/12/2022 : 5 x 3 push-ups, 5 x 5 negatives, 3 x 30 sec planches

• 22/12/2022 : 5 x 3 push-ups, 5 x 5 negatives, 3 x 30 sec planches
ps: Upper-trapezius pain. I'm gonna have to rest tomorrow.

• 23/12/2022 : rest.

• 24, 25, 26/12/2022 : rest.
ps: Had a cold so I had to rest. I did some pushups randomly throughout the day thought but couldn't do the whole workout.

• 27/12/2022 : 5 x 3 push-ups, 5 x 5 negatives, 3 x 30 sec planches
• 28/12/2022 : 5 x 3 push-ups, 5 x 4 negatives, 3 x 30 sec planches

• 14, 15/01/2023 : I went back to the gym after a month break. did a push then pull workouts and I kinda didn't have a place for this pushup workout but I'll try to incorporate it into my gym workout in the next days.

• 16/01/2023 : 5 x 5 push-ups, 5 x 4 negatives, 3 x 30 sec planches
ps: I did a 5min jog as a warmup and it really boosted my perfomance.

INFO: I'm male, 86Kg, 1.81m (12/01/2023)
PS: I'd like to mention that I also do random sets of pushups throught the day apart from this workout.
If anyone wants to know how I started my pushups from zero just ask, since I didn't start from zero in this workout.

I wanted to thank you, sir👍 39 yo mom of 6 here- watched your video in January unable to do even 1 real push up. I've been doing your workout once or twice a week as my schedule allows with the kids but today i maxxed out at 17 PUSH i can't tell you how awesome that feels! You are such a good, encouraging teacher 👏 Thanks for everything! I'm gonna keep at it!

I decided to get into fitness this year and I couldn't do a one single push up on the first of janurary. I started doing those knee push ups for like 2-3 weeks along with wall push ups. Next thing I know is I can do normal push ups and by the time I'm writing this comment (15th of March 2022), I do 60 push ups everyday and came a long way into my fitness journey. Thank you so much for helping beginners like myself :) the first few weeks were so difficult and watching this video really kept my spirits going. Since you didn't make a big deal about doing push ups and keep it real in this tutorial, I didn't make a big deal out of it either. I'm applying that mentality to literally every exercise I come across now. Thank you million times. Sorry it took me this long to thank you. Bless you fr 🙏🏽🙏🏽

And for those who are also here to learn how to do a proper push up, please don't give up. Keep trying and believe me, the efforts are totally worth it

I also managed to lose 12kg within these few months (dieting and basic calisthenics ) :D yeah 2021 been great so far

Oh man I'm back in grade 11 powerfit. 3 sets of 10 with 30seconds? Wow you're more generous than my gym teacher :0

I’m a big guy, i just started walking to start getting healthy, but I needed a strength training exercise to get some testosterone flowing. I’m all about slow progression, because I know that’s what works best for me. This program is perfect! After a month my son noticed the cuts in my underarm. That was a boost. I’m really happy with this program and have been doing it consistently for 3 months. I know after a year it’s gonna be a huge difference. I like this program so much that I added it as part of my PE program, (I’m a teacher). So Bully Juice, Thank you!

I've been following this workout from the beginning of February. I've been doing my reps on my knees. Today I didn't want to do my reps and then without even noticing I started doing my pushups with out using my knees. This really is a great video for beginners.
