Great tips! Just a friendly reminder that elbows should be at approx 45 degrees to the trunk, not at right angles to recruit pec major (chest muscle). Otherwise awesome stuff 😊

When I went to officer training for navy so many women were discouraged. The minimum was 18; but honestly push-ups are one of the EASIEST things to work on and get the numbers up. Most women were above 40 by the end of the 13 weeks

Here’s a tip when doing it keep your elbows backwards if you keep doing it to the side it can cause a shoulder injury 😅

Hi! Super helpful tips, I just wanted to let you know that having your elbows in not only works muscle better and harder, and more muscle groups but it also prevents shoulder issues in the future. Hope this helps, great video btw :)

Wall push ups also work it also builds muscles and strengthen your arms I'll do it over 100 times in my archery classes

This is some motivation for yall. I was not able to do a push up at first. (This is day 90 of me strengthtraining everyday) i could do a few on my knees now i can do 24. I trained chest 3 times a week you can do it!

I thought your not supposed to point your elbows out and keep them straight throughout the whole push up but I might be wrong
