This is the best explanation of how to work your way up to do an actual pushup that I have ever seen. I have always struggled with the pushup. Doing them on my knees, I still didn't feel like I was doing them correctly. Your detailed explanation of the five exercises that will lead to the actual pushup was so clear! It made so many lightbulbs go off in my head. I feel confident enough to put them all into practice. Thank you so much.

Thanks! Very helpful you two. I have been quite frustrated with my push-up attempts, but this progression is the ticket! Gives me incremental goals to shoot for, instead of feeling defeated after just a few tries at a full push-up.
