Intermittent fasting has helped me to lose close to 50 pounds in about six months. I believe it is also key to stopping me from snacking.

I always doubted this as a realistic way to lose weight and maintain the weight loss...until I tried it. I've been trying to lose the last 10 pounds of my pregnancy weight gain for 16 years - yes, my daughter just turned 16. I'm a Mom of four and I just assumed that this was the way it was going to be and at my age losing weight is all but impossible. I'm stunned and thrilled to say not only did I lose 10 pounds, but I'm down 13 pounds and am at my high school weight and I've never felt better (108 pounds!). I just turned 57 and feel like I'm in my 30's and it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I'm completely sold!

When I want to fast for spiritual reasons and not focus so much on weight loss it is easier on my self pressure! Cleaning your gut fasting was done by all of the prophets and when I do three day fasts just water I get such clarity and focus, I feel like the gut is the brain and I always say if your stomach is full of crap your brain is so unfocused! I’m working hard to stay focused and spiritually connected and these videos help me blend the both together!

I lost 10 lbs 2 weeks 20-23 hours! These hours my body chosen, I never feel hungry even when I didn’t do fasting before. So this fast felt normal to me. I ate once a day but I eat less than 5 carbs, protein and meat/ salmon combine with cottage cheese . Water lime with ginger

I tend to think more long term results. I lost over 25lbs when I started intermittent fasting 5 years ago and I've kept it off.
The key is long term consistency and loving the new lifestyle 😜❤️🤓
Also low carb or keto makes it soooo much easier for me 😝

I put in 9lbs over Christmas. Since New Year’s Day I have lost 1lb 7oz. I would imagine going into February and given past weight loss. I expect to lose approximately 8lbs/3.5kg.

I started intermittent fasting in July . Since then I lost 68 pounds . It could have been more but I got sick and ate more just to help my body work out the sickness . That stuff works very well.

I break my fast with a smoothie from your channel, almond milk, peanut butter, half a banana, chia seeds, protein powder, I also add spinach, is that ok, or must I omit the banana completely?
