Whenever I'm in a bad mood I turn on Thomas's channel. Sometimes I don't even listen what exactly he is saying although I do most of the time, but the energy is so good here that lifts me up. Thanks T. !

I lost 150lbs on very strict Keto within 2 years, & have kept it off for 2 years now - total 4 year journey. I lost my first 60lbs in 6 months, then I turned on the afterburners & went OMAD & IF. My lipids now are: Total Cholesterol = 169, Triglycerides = 42,
HDL = 64, VLDL = 9, LDL = 96
I went from 321lbs to 170lbs, & I’m now 62 years old.

Bro, this is what I needed. I started working and doing keto and I have lost weight faster, and people always say that line: "your are losing weight too fast". This is the video I need. Very appreciated

I don’t know if I agree with the idea that you can not reverse diabetes. Before my keto journey in 2018/19, I was 415lbs w/ an A1C of 12.6… I’m now 250 w/ an A1C of 5.2 (and that change came very quickly after starting keto), and I do not have any Insulin or sugar issues even when I’ve been off keto for a long amount of time. I’m currently labeled as being In Diabetic “remission”

I lost about 100 pounds in about 5-6 months and more after. Its been about a year and a half now in total and its still off and ive never felt better. Tbh start keto get fat adapted- go carno to feel amazing and learn your body- slowly introduce carbs and learn what works for your body. This is what ive learned from your channel and others and it works. Simple and easy. Biggest tips: walk a shitload, drink more water than you think, go gym, and eat real food.

Thomas, this may be a small thing to most people, but I love that you don’t (cuss / use obscene language/ swear words) in your videos, lm from the Caribbean so I don’t know the terms you all use, but I like your professional and respectful approach. Thank you

I lost 40 lbs in 4 months so far, and I'm only a 5'4" male. Went from a 36 BMI to 28. Still trying to reach my goal of 15% body fat. I'm doing OMAD, with a ketoish/Carnivore diet. Proteins, natural fats and a bit of veggies, can't stand not having some fiber. Strength/resistance training and 20k steps. The weight just melts off. People say I'm losing weight too fast but I feel great, and I'm consistent. Once you find what works for you, don't mind the naysayers.

I lost 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks by IF and a calorie deficit. Thank you for posting all the informational videos you create. I just binge watch all your videos when I am tempted to break my fast.

I lost 10 kilograms (22 pounds) in 4 months. I have to lose 4 kilograms (8 pounds) to reach my goal. I hit a plateau, I recently did a “reset” (maintenance) now I’m starting from the beginning.
- 20-4 fast.
- 1 hour work out (swimming, yoga, strength training, walking, running I do exercises I enjoy), 7 days a week.
- Lots of water, fish, eggs, vegetables, berries and green tea.
- Zero alcohol.
- 7-8 hours sleep. This combination absolutely changed my life! I had people telling me I’m losing weight too quickly. I don’t think there’s a too fast or too slow, as long as you are in control and know your end game (YOUR body will tell you if something is wrong) other people’s opinions shouldn’t matter. My retort would always be “are you my doctor”?! “Then stop acting like you are”!! Thank You Thomas, for your insightful videos! Regards, 🇿🇦

👍🏾👍🏾Love it... I lost 121 pounds in 10 months ( 25 years ago ) As of today I only gained 25 of them pounds back. One pound a year for 25yrs.. isn't too bad. However I am lifting more weights now so I'm sure alot of that 25lbs is muscle weight. 💪🏾 great job as always Thomas 🙏🏾

10, 000 foot view: It doesn't matter how fast or slow you lose the weight. If you don't change your habits or lifestyle you will eventually gain it back. That being said, every day is a new opportunity to live better so never give up! :)

Thank you. I need to drop 20 lbs like yesterday. And I truly trust the reality that I can do this safely and even heal my body in the process with intermittent fasting and highly nutritious timed feeding. Your vids are very well researched and also proven by your success.

Maintaining a weight loss is entirely dependent on a correct diet, lifestyle and exercise. Those who are successful at maintenance find these changes psychologically rewarding, in that it is pleasurable to live this eay. I have seen the greatest weight rebounds with those who were burned out doing the healthy things and received greater pleasure in all the things that encourage weight gain.

I’ve been told my whole life fast weight loss isn’t possible or healthy. I’m down 150 pounds in less then a year and I’ve never felt this good. Everyone thinks they are an expert in weight loss but most don’t have a clue what they are talking about. Keep fighting the good fight people need the inspiration that they are doing the right thing

I think a lot of the concerns about losing too fast is based on people not keeping a consistent mindset on it. Causing rapid weightloss, they hit a point and regain it. Or the concern of like eating disorders or such.

My goal is to lose 20, and I'm 3 down. What changes everything was training with weights 4x a week period. Not even keto helped me, and I'm healthy! It was the workouts, the cherry on the top! Plus calorie counting. I'm eating whole food carbs in all my meals now, and I feel fantastic no cravings at all, 3 meals a day! Is sustainable too!

Thanks for the short email of 1/29--very useful! And, of course, this is a highly useful video, having lost 115 pounds in 10 months.
