My weight was 80kgs with height of 160 cms.
I lost 7 kgs in very first month of workout. It's 73 now. Wants to take it to 64 kgs.

Lost 10 kgs in about 3 months. Regular Cardio and strength training. Ate everything that could be home cooked but that also in a calculated and measured way. Gave up on things like Chips, Maggi, etc. Lost Fat and built muscles. Win-win situation.

Intermittent fasting is the healthiest way to lose fat and preserve muscle mass. I lost 40 kgs in 8 months while IF two meals a day. I am energetic like never before, my skin is shinning, i can feel my breath I can walk, run, lift heavy weights :) my waist was 53 now i am 36.. 126 kg to 80 kg, strength is improved i can lift heeavy weights like never before. the only thing I quit is sugar. other than that I consume all things, eggs, meat, dairy, butter, desi ghee, nuts, protein, roti etc.. no keto, no paleo, no carnivore, just time restricted eating. my colleagues and friends ask me the secret and when i tell them they assume that i am lying.

I lost 2 kg in one week with only homemade foods... We need to control our portion size nd eat mostly protein foods... Slowly cut down carbs (like if u eat 4 chapati in breakfast that is not good ... Eat only 2 chapati nd in lunch a bowl of rice with any type of dal nd include salad ... In dinner u can eat only boil egg or omelette with 1 or 2 chapati nd drink 2-3 litre water ) ... So u can lose 8 kg in month 😇... This is my personal experience

Sir aap bohot logically bat karte hain and bohot truthful hota hain .... actually sir muze PCOD hain and I'm single muze fast weight loss karna Hain isiliye mene 0 oil 0 carbohydrates plane shuru kiya 10 din ho gaye mene roti chawal and oil ki ek bund bhi nahi khane mein li 10 din mein 4 kg loss ho gaya bt abhi usse Kam nahi ho raha....mene chai bhi chor di. ...no sugar 16 ghane fasting bhi kr rahi hu bohot weekness aa gaya hain

Sir let me tell you honestly I lost. 0.40kgs of weight by going regularly gym and doing weight training but I can feel remarkable strength during that after not losing weight also I was gaining strength

I lost 16 kgs in 9 months( Coz I focussed on long term habit building like incorporating good habits like balanced diet, 4-5 times strength training per week, daily 10k steps) really helped. Anyone looking to lose weight must focus on fat loss sustainably in order to be healthy in long run.

The only reason I found difficult to lose fat is no body never told me that strength training is important. I always thought that it is only for muscle building. Now that I know it, it is the first advice I give to others. It is the first step to become stronger.

Hi i loss 6 kg in month i eat only 600 to 700 callories, and burn 2500 callories per day, i loss 40 kg in 6 month and my weight is 117:80, and after 80 kg i take protein but now i only loss weight and musle ✌️ but ye sab log nhi kr skte pure din weakness rahti hai dead body jaisa feel hota hai but 6 month ke baad sab thik ho jye ga and me lifetime gym krun ga ✌️
