What a great way to start the week-a full body workout AND FITCATION TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE! I know you're going to feel incredible when you are doing with this workout


This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you're moving with intensity!

The Exercises:
1. Bent row Right
2. RDL Right
3. Bent Row Left
4. RDL Left

5. Shoulder Press
6. Lateral Raise
7. Squat to Low Hold Lunge

8. Glute Bridge
9. Straight Arm Pull Over

10. Leg Raise over DB
11. DB Rainbow arch overs
12. Anchored Suitcases

13. DB Plank

Good Morning. I really liked it when you listed out in the description the exercises we were going to do. Then, before the workout I could reference those same exercises I had done previously to make sure I was using at least those same weights. I am trying to track and use the same or increasing weight each time. Thank you,

Hello from Oregon, Sidney. I'm 72 years old and have been working out for many years. But I gave up going to the gym during the pandemic, and flab has come upon me - YUCK. I discovered your workouts and love the variety and your teaching notes. You are terrific and I am grateful I discovered your videos.

I started to enjoy alot when you say that where there is pain its working, now when any movement of workout that make me feel pain I just tell myself I am getting this tone up and the pain is telling me I need this. My favorites Quotes "No Pain No Gain" since 18Yrs has been a way for me to face all challenges in life that when hardship or pain or obstacles or challenges come I know that this path will help me to better version of myself and I will past this path with ease. I ended up taking an unintended 3 week break. But I'm forgiving myself and moving on and jumping back in! This was tough, especially the shoulders after 2.5 hours of kayaking yesterday, but I loved it!!
