Join me for this 15 Minute Full Body Calorie Burning Workout at Home. This is suitable for everyone and is a great Low Impact Beginners Workout as well as a High Impact Intermediate.
This cardio workout has 2 options for each exercise so you can either follow the High Impact Move or the Low Impact. The exercises are all full body so they help with weight loss and improve your fitness. If you are here to lose weight it is important to do this alongside a healthy eating plan. This 15 Minute Exercise Video is also a great Tabata style routine as we do Full Body Calorie Burning Moves combined with intervals of Steady State Cardio, which is the same principle as Tabata of intense intervals to then lighter cardio. Good morning Lucy! Yes I've just completed this work out and feel energised to face my day. This definitely got the brain working too. As much as I enjoy this, I prefer the 5mins cardio blast simply from a time perspective. But you always cater for everyone which makes you the best! Thank you for all that you do ❤

Thank you 😊 Lucy and cat. I have fibromyalgia which means exercise is a no go area. I've tried all sorts but the pain after is too much to bare. But I have done week one onto week two 😅😅

I am loving these shorter, full body workouts. I feel quite energized after doing this and ready to start my day. Love that you give us a choice of high or low impact. Monday morning and completed this workout. Mixed up high and low impact - I know my limitations. ☺️Sweating and out of puff when I finished. 136 calories and 2300 steps. Thank you. Feeling energised and mentally strong 💪🏻👍🏻😀🇬🇧

Really loved this workout, Lucy. Did mostly low impact due to a knee issue but was able to do some of the high impact mixed in.
I liked the pendulum puppet, felt that one.
I love the 15 minute all in one workouts! 🏋️

I mostly did high impact and the jogging interludes but I switched to low impact when I needed to. And yes Lucy I liked the puppet move. Thanks for the workout!
