i would not comment so easily under any videos but not commenting here would do me no justice. i find this chest workout so effective and ive been doing this for 2 weeks now and i can see a vast difference, now i look good in the dresses which made me look fat ... so many complimented about my change too.. definitely try this

This is really good short and sweat and effective, I'm doing this for one week (2 sets ) everyday. I can feel the tension in chest muscles, and going to continue for months for better result ... must try it..
