I really appreciate what you said about working out even if you feel a little depressed. Having hit our ultra- busy, stressful, mid- forties, depression is very real for my husband and me. Making a choice to workout rather than being led by a “feeling”, has had a huge impact on our mental health. Sometimes leaving the house to go for a run seems like a huge mountain to climb. But I CAN get up and put on a Fitnessblender workout even in my pajamas if that’s what it takes. Thank you for what you do guys. None of us can really thank you enough.

Whenever I know I need to work out on a particular day, I pull up the fitness blender video I want to do and then immediately read the comments. Today I saw someone say: 'before I started this I was mentally exhausted and now I'm physically exhausted but it was worth it'. I was mentally quite tired and using that as an excuse not to work out. WELP now I've done this workout and I definitely feel much better, all around. yay!

before finding this channel i have never really committed myself to working out and keeping fit but i have been doing regular exercise for the past year or so only taking like a weeks break at maximum because of holidays or being ill. So thank you so much for making exercise so enjoyable and doable unlike many fitness channels.

Great message at the end. I feel very depressed when I don't workout. I used to take antidepressants, I decided to use exercise instead and it works a million times better than a drug. Of course that applies to my personal situation, not implying that anyone should not take their meds, I know they are very helpful for a lot of people. Love your workouts when I am short on time since I just had a baby. Keep doing what you're doing!!!!

I loved this workout. I was so mentally exhausted before the workout, now I'm physically spent, but SO energized mentally. Back to writing that paper!!!

Just a quick message to tell you that you have the best workouts, Daniel and Kelli. I'm so grateful to have come across your videos; they changed my way of thinking towards exercising in general. I like how you can show begginer/low impact and also harder versions. I also like your attitude : no over-smiling, over-enthusiastic self-satisfied individuals ; just normal human beings teaching us how to take care of our bodies. And also, I love the fact that I can put whatever music I want and not have to endure the ''typical'' work-out music!

I tend to dread the third day whenever I follow through this challenge but I always feel accomplished that I finished it by the end :’)

i love these guys so much! I usually find trainers that are so annoyingly pushy like, 'do it like you're gonna die' kind of stuff lol some might like it but the way these guys motivate you and workout with you is so humane and relaxing, the jokes you guys crack, everything is perfect and reminds me that we're all human and we can do this lolll its not something impossible haha

Workout complete! My legs are actually still sore from Day 1 so I mostly stuck to the low impact cardio version. This 5 Day Challenge is keeping me active while I write the new 8 Week FB30 program!

a workout like this with encouragement and even laughter is what every workout should contain. I find myself laughing with yous yet in PAIN at the same time. Kind of wondering how could you laugh at such a painful time. But i couldnt stop laughing which made me kind of forget my pain for a few seconds. Im a lonely solo mother of 3 and going through a hard time so to be able to laugh with people thru a screen is as better as yous being here with me. Plus im starting to get my MOJO back now thanks to yous! Thankyous & God bless xx

I honestly didnt want to work out today because i had such a stressful day of school and i have loads of work. I didnt have any motivation to do anything ! I was so tired before this workout but i feel so good after finishing it and pushing my hardest ! Loving the vids with FitnessBlander where you guys do the exercises with us instead of a voice over (even though i love the voice over ones so much too) I am now a lot less stressed and now im going to finish all my work with the satisfaction that i worked out today. Thank you for leaving me breathless, but asking for more ! <3 lots of love x

Oh my word! My legs are still burning from Monday!  We, my son and I did this workout last night.  My abs are now sore today but not as bad as my legs still feel.  I do love how you say remember how good you feel after.  That is so true, the stress is gone and I relax and sleeping better this week for sure so far.  I started out with both my sons and yesterday I lost one to cartoons lol:) Have a great week ya'll!
