If plank is your go-to workout, I have an amazing workout challenge for you guys right here!!

This 3-day plank challenge is something you can do everyday for 20-mins to work that core muscle and give you really good fat burn results in your stomach!

Do this everyday for the next 3 days. If you want to achieve nice abs, challenge yourself to doing this everyday. Start with 3 days and continue until you achieve the results you're wishing for!

Day 1- t plank is very hard otherwise easy
Day 2- t plank hard, my hands are tired, so much pain
Day 3- now it's being easy day by day
Day 4- gradually feeling comfortable

I started march with 80kls .no diet done...i eat all... Now my weight is 75kls but according to my friends i lost a lot..i do work out 3x a week...thanks Roberta!!!😊

I am gonna start this tomorrow.will update the next day
Waist=32 inches
Weight=55 kg
Day 1= ✓, was 60% difficult but persevered
Day 2 =✓, it was a lot easier today managed to it without taking a lots of break
Day 3 = ✓, I feel like it my belly size decreased
Waist = 31 inches -1 inch
Weight= 54.5 kg
This workout is the best 👌.I would recommend this workout for everyone.😁
