Whatever that means for you, there's only one thing that we guarantee--you can, and should, achieve that body whether or not it's summer!

Our workout video for the day is designed to target the major problem areas in our bodies and work them hard to burn fat in all areas of our bodies. By doing this full body workout, you will build leaner muscles and burn a lot of calories giving you a slimmer, more sculpted body!

And although this requires a lot of discipline and perseverance to achieve, today's weight loss challenge will get you there for sure!

Doing this now. Thanks a lot Roberta. I subscribed back in March this year. I didn't lose weight that much (From 143lbs then, now at 130lbs) but it feels good that I can still eat what I want and burn it 45 minutes later by following your exercises! I love it! :)

I already lost an Inch off my waist and an inch off my lower abdomen. One of my shorts now fit better than last week and my tummy is no more showing in them.
So happy. Thank you Roberta.
Food i ate:
More eggs, prawns, green vegetables, homemade cottage cheese .
I ate Rice and bread too but balanced it with more protein and veggies.
Also i follow 16:8 intermittent fasting but that is now my lifestyle.

I did this for 3 days.
Should i continue with this workout or move on to some other video?

Hi there Roberta.. thank you for everyday post of New exercises .. you know what.. I lose weight for about a 20 pounds and turning to 21 pounds when I start this one .. you're really The Best I LOVE YOU MORE ROBERTA.. and one thing more, you know what? Will share results after 3 days. Feeling great!
A lot of sweat involved for sure, everyday seemed easy and flexible, felt strong but I think 3 days is not enough to see the results but overall I love all the exercises. It’s great for building stamina! Will try more!!

very affective exercise, if you take care your meal amount at the same time, you loss weight after first day too :)
