100 Running In Place Challenge [At Home Cardio & Weight Loss]

Running In Place is a very effective cardio exercise as, as it essentially gives you the opportunity to involve the same muscles while regular running, only indoors.

While performing this challenge make sure to raise your knees as high as possible.

For best weight loss results, perform the Running In Place challenge for at least 10 minutes daily!

Also, you can use this video as a Running In Place counter, to effectively count down your reps!

I’m not really fat or obese, I’m just a 15 year old girl that has a little extra fat. 1, 65cm tall, and weighs 68kg. I have fat mostly round my belly and waist era. I don’t really play any sports in my free time anymore, and my diet is not great. I’m going to do this to improve my looks, boost my confidence, and become healthier. Hopefully I will be able to do this workout 3-5 times a day. Obviously improving my diet as well. You know what they say, weight loss starts in the kitchen! ( going to inform you of my honest results)

Day 1. I did it 3 times, and let me tell you, that $hit wasn’t easy at all. I was hoping to accomplish 5 rounds, but it is my first day. Just grateful that I did something!

*I do this exercise for 35 minutes a day. Now i lose weight from 89 to 70kgs. Very useful exercise* 👍👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪💪

I like this video and have been doing this video exercise off and on for a couple of yrs. I wish that Roberta would make a longer running video just like this one only longer. Possibly 5 to 10 minutes of nonstop running. Thanks 👍🏽☺️

Lifting one's knees high when running in place is good for short periods of time; however, I find that there's also value in small knee lifts either when you're running for a long period of time to build endurance or when you want a nice active rest between intervals.

Hey guys! Something important!!
If u are thinking to lose weight by running or spot jog then it's perfect but please do manage ur diet... running for 20 minutes without any break help u to burn more than 200 calories...I tried this earlier and yes my calories burnt...I suggest u to do this jog one time in the morning and in the evening u can do either workout or yoga but if u don't know what to do then u can walk for 30 minutes and then jog for 20 minutes and do drink metabolism drink right after the workout...hope this helps!

if you're doing this in loop
don't stop running in place slowdown if u want to rest then pick up the pace again

10 minutes is something cca 100 calories do it for 50, 55 minutes and your knees should go high as you can, its like running outside even better if you do it right
