I started this exercise 2 days ago.. And I can say that this is the only workout that keeps me motivated. When I wake up in the morning I feel energetic and I felt some changes on my body. This keeps u really sweat (Literally ur heart beat rate is going to explode ) 😂😂😂 This exercise will make your stomach soft and not bloated. Good for arms and legs as well. Just follow this with a healthy diet. I don’t rely in weighing scale. Better not to look on it while youre doing this workout. Since it was 3days challenge. My goal is to keep on doing this for the whole month of June and July. Thanks Roberta 😘❤️

Hey guys! Idk if my comment is gonna get lost in the comments but I've been doing Roberta's workouts and they definitely help ! I've been on and off because I get lazy but I'm trying to stick to a schedule. Although I don't own a scale, I can see changes in my body, my lower belly fat has gone down, my thighs and arms slimmed down a little, and my butt looks more shaped ( if that makes sense lol), some of my face fat has gone away, and idk if it's because of the workouts but when my period came, I didn't get cramps at all ! I feel so happy because even my mom noticed these changes. Like Roberta recommends, I don't really follow a diet, I just try and avoid junk food and snacking. I eat normal food but at a moderate amount, I also stay away from milk because it makes my stomach bloat, and I drink water most of the time. Also it's okay to have a cheat day but not in excessive amount, for example if you want to eat chips eat a small bag, not a big one. Btw if you're overweight ( like me ) and want to loose weight, do this for YOU, not because you want to be like everyone else or because you want to get back at an ex, but because you want to feel better and be healthier, everything else is a plus, remember you are beautiful just the way you are <3 I'm gonna hopefully start doing this workout tommorow since I already did two today ( "loose 6kg in 14 days" & " 8 workouts to get rid of lower belly fat" - I think that's what it called ) and I'll try to update <3

Is it just me or when you excersie for a while you don't want to stop? It's a good feeling to excersie even when it's hard and this excersie really motivated me.

I have been following many of your workouts from last 3 weeks as i want to be fit again 😉 and i must say these exercises are really amazing and fun to will feel difficult for 3-4 days but then you'll be used to it and ya as we say pain is gain💕💪THANKS ALOT ROBERTA 😇

so for the first 2 days i was confused if i had to finish the whole video but today i finished it all .. it was hard but i pushed threw it just to make sure i lost more weight then now i am going to do this for extra two days. and this really helped thank you roberta.
