Suggestion: Make a giant hackerspace. Just provide the space free of charge (or take a small "club" fee) and people will bring the tools, furniture and machines. The whole thing could become a freaking machine of creativity!

Or just use the whole thing to store your mailbag packages :D

Holy actual crap!! The entire building?! Son of a wallabe!
You could rent out so much of that space to other engineers, create a huge hacker space/maker community, host events there, have an electronics museum. The world's your lobster!
Open parts of it to the public, have a cafe, restaurants. Grow and grow and grow!
And change the sign, definitely, I think :D I reckon people will fund that! DaveLab, or something :P
