It is better to sort and categorise stuff at new place after moving. Pros - 1) Move out quicker and close the lease 2) Much more joy sorting and poking around at new shiny place, hence better mood will result in better creativity. 3) No need to label boxes. I'm 3 times mover, trust me.

I gave up on categorizing my stuff. Instead I labeled every box (A, B, C...) and divider (A01, A02 A03, ...). When I have something idle taking precious desk space I just throw it in any empty box, and then note it on a google spreadsheet.

Ugh, moving is the worst. I can't imagine the workload you're going to have given how many unique, specific things you have, categorizing it all. Good luck, stay sane, and I'll be here for your next video. :)
