Thank you so much! in 7days I'll be 70 yrs old and I made it. Hope this encourages a younger generation. I work out 5 days a week and it really works for your body's health as well as mental. My first time on your channel and really enjoyed it. Now I'll do my 30 minutes full-body Pilates.

Been doing these for months. Great tempo. Great rhythm. Can adjust harder or with more speed. Thought those would be lower impact - but added some pushups, and am sweating like crazy. Keep it up, P.

two ideas after doing this workout.
1) while I expect you have no control over when the ads play, IF a short ad sequence began at the start of a say 40sec workout segment (that just kept running in the background) I wouldn't mind the ads. I would just continue doing the 40secs through the ad and then pop back on stream with you once it is done.
But again, I expect you have not control over that.
(because otherwise I will not continue doing any routines that are interrupted by ads.)

But 2) your emphasis seems to be on weigh loss, getting "lean". I am 67 YO and (forutnately) have no weight issues.
what I (and many seniors I expect) would like would be routines geared to ageing: strength, flexibility, balance (I often feel I am losing my balance when I do some of the cross body moves)
