Get ready for a low impact HIIT workout (high intensity) full body HIIT workout with weights! There is no jumping in today's low impact workout but we are adding some dumbbells for some added resistance. Time to burn fat and build lean muscle! Grab those weights and follow along!
Weights I'm using:
Light Set = 10 lb dumbbells
Heavy Set = 30 lb dumbbells
Each exercise of this low impact total body workout is performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest to get ready for next exercise!
