‼️ The ads have been brought to my attention! This was not on purpose. I always choose the placement of ads (unless it is on a copyrighted video) and always place the ads before and after the workout. YouTube somehow added a BUNCH of ads in. I’m so sorry! You probably won’t see this, but I wanted to express how thankful I am for the way you title your videos. You always refrain from doing as other youtubers😅 do with their clickbaity con style titles like “Thigh gap in 7 days!” or “Lose __lbs in two weeks!” Instead you title them what they are; HIIT, Cardio etc. and use words like “Strong” and “Toned” which has really changed the way I see fitness. I once believed I had to work out because my body was ugly and unlovable but now I work out because I want to be healthy and stronger and it makes me feel good. Thank you

Yay for another LIIT workout!! This one is a bit more cardio intensive 🔥 There are two, 15 min sets in this workout. Beginners, feel free to join for the first set and take a break before completing round 2! Hope you guys enjoyed this one! Much love Xx - Maddie

In case anyone's wondering, I burned 325 active calories, including the 5 min apartment friendly warmup (measured in apple watch series 5, 75kg, 171cm, average heart rate 135bpm)

I‘ve tried the workouts of a bunch of other fitness-youtubers but I always find myself coming back to this channel again. Maddie is the most positive, powerful, motivating & amazing girl in this ENTIRE fitness scene. I love her as a person in general but also as a workout buddy, a motivating voice in the back of my head and also in so many other ways. Words cannot express how thankful I am for this beautiful woman. I don‘t think Maddie is ever going to see this but if she does -> you are an absolute inspiration and so many people - including myself - are looking up to you. Thank you for being who you are. Maddie, i see this video is three years old, but i wanted you to know, i use it once a week, going on 6 months now...along with some of your other ones. WOW, i feel so much better. I have suffered from muscle imbalances that have been hard to overcome, but steadily, following your videos, my core and trunk muscles have been getting stronger and I feel SO MUCH BETTER. Thank you. My wife and i really like your videos and i send people to them all the time. we both appreciate that you have put these out there and hope all the best for you. We are both in our mid-50s, and whule we can't go at your pace all the time, we certainly are grateful for you willingness to put yourself out there. You have helped us both trmendously, thank you

Love the 30 minute workouts but i HATE repeats in the workouts. Makes me dread the second half 🤣 love the low impact for my knees though. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for clarifying that this is two 15 minute long workouts combined into one and that if we are new (like me) we can just do the first one. The first 15 kicked my butt yesterday and I'm so sore today.... THANK YOU. Can't wait to be able to complete the full 30!

Just completed this and I must say think it’s the best low impact full body workout you’ve done so far. Kind on the joints but felt more cardio and got a good sweat on. I’ll be doing this one a lot!! Thank you so much!!

This was good. Sweating like crazy and heartbeat racing. The only one I can't do is kick through a because I don't have enough apartment space for my long legs

That was a tough workout Maddie, I got better on the second set as I had mastered the exercises better by then. I found the one legged bridge thrusts the hardest, but managed better on the second set. Thanks again Maddie, it is so good to have you around making these videos for us

Felt like moving my body and didn't do a great HIIT workout in a long time ...This workout is perfect! Loved the different types of exercises, so I didn't get bored :)
