Started this three times a week two weeks ago. I’m not weighing myself for two more weeks because I know sometimes building muscle can keep you at your weight until you start burning the fat down, so I do not want to discourage myself, but I feel amazing!!! I’m so glad that you work out with us, and that helps me, stay motivated that you’re not just telling me what to do you’re right there with me. Thank you so much for the burn and the sweat.❤❤

Tried this for the first time today. I've been doing the 15 minute one for a while. I aimed to do 7 rounds which I was doing at about 80 to 90 percent effort. I ended up blasting out the 8th round at closer to 100%. I aim to do this a couple of times a week. Thank you

My favorite HIIT workout ever! Just got back on the treadmill after years of elliptical with no results. I’m 56 and had knee issues in the past but this workout doesn’t bother them. Love the countdown clocks and the music connected to them. Also enjoy the fact that you like 🐱 and hear it in the background 🥰

I just got finished with this work out. I struggle in the beginning but towards the end it was a breeze.thats pretty cool how it was hard at first but got easy towards then beginning. Thank you!!!

Been doing these (alternating elliptical, treadmill, and bike) 3 days a week! Absolutely love them, I am addicted and loving the results and the way I feel. I am 67!!!

Just started today with my new proform treadmill...loved this HIIT workout....if your saying to yourself you cant do 30 minutes because you only made it half way...think of it like this, it may take you three days to get through 30 minutes, but each day you do it is closer to a 30 minute workout...baby steps folks gotta walk before you run (pun intended)

Shout out to doctor Kevin for doing this workout with us! I didn't think I was going to be able to do this, but surprisingly with each workout I get a little bit faster and I put the incline up a little bit higher. I can't say I've lost any weight but I actually feel really good. I've done interval running for most of my life (I'm 45) but I realized I never rested long enough in between sprints. Thank you doctor Kevin for sharing this :)

After all the diets, weight training, cardio and research, I have finally come to find out that all one needs is 20 minutes of HIIT workout to burn the fat, along with clean eating (SOS-free & plant-based for the most part), and some weight training 3 mornings a week (30-40 minutes). I have been doing this awesome 20-minute Treadmill HIIT workout for the past couple weeks, every morning, and I'm starting to feel lighter already! You make it so easy to follow and get it done! Thank you Kevin! I've been using #braggsacv for a few years now, almost every morning - mixed with distilled water and lemon juice. I also mix it in with balsamic vinegar & lemon for salad dressing! Oh yea, I just turned 65 by the way, and on no meds! So even though burning fat has been a lifelong challenge and I am overweight by about 30 pounds, the working out and clean eating definitely keeps one healthy, strong and young! ;)

I did this interval training last winter, twice a week for a full month (along with other cardio training prior to that month) and by far my favourite. my energy, straight and cardio for the summer Mtn biking got so much better and super Stoke to be back at it again 😃
