By fasting its a reminder for me that negative thinking is a waste of time. Gratitude helps, self talk helps.reminding oneself STOP that's not right, let's shift this thought, let's think about something else. If one can use up the energy for negative thoughts about any situation/ person THEN YOU HAVE THE POWER TO SHIFT YOUR THOUGHTS THINKING THE OPPOSITE. Having a hobby helps and doing housework/ painting/ Gardening not only will keep you busy but a weight lifted off your shoulder. Trying NOT watching TV for a few days/ listening to the radio/ reading newspaper. N see how you feel. Peace from England UK.
