Absolutely lovin this 💖👌👌 it's so easy to do I am on day 5 cannot even begin to tell you it WORKS!! My face looks toned and firmer and my neck is getting so toned skin is so much smoother! I've been doing this twice a day, when I wake up and also just before bed.
Can't believe I only just discovered it!

You mentioned lymphatic drainage, which is awesome, but I feel like for the full benefits of lymphatic drainage to be achieved, the first thing should be to open the "lymph gates" at the collar bone and work your way up the neck and face so that the lymph fluid will be draining out more effectively and not compacting in the neck area where so many lymph nodes are. New to your channel so I may have missed where you included this info in a previous video. I did enjoy the video and the information! Will definitely be incorporating this.🙂

Hi Danielle, I am grateful for your videos! They have been so helpful for me and I love inviting your presence into my home. I spent a few very unhappy years in my not-so-distant past and some of that is reflected in my face. What I am curious about are some exercises to soften the harshness lent to me by grief. Every day I work on happiness and I see it reflected on my face; it would be wonderful to have some of your expert guidance in the form of a future video.
