Don't forget to recalculate your BMR if you go on a bulk after a cut cause after losing weight or gaining weight it changes.

I got hella seasonal depression and dropped 55 pounds from just barely ever eating throughout the week. SD wore off, slammed down in the gym for a bit and smacked on 20 pounds of muscle through Feb-May. It feels great not being a fat fuck anymore, and now I can eat whatever I want without worry 😂

Any else randomly lose their motivation outta no where? I went 4 months clean, gym every day, running early in the morning, reading books, barely on the game and practicing guitar, I wasn’t even jackin my shit. Then I got lazy and stopped everything for 2 months. It’s been a cycle I’ve been trying to break.

I’m a fat kid, always have been, and recently I’ve started to eat very healthy and going to the gym 5-6 times a week, cardio, and isolating all muscle groups, I’ve been gaining muscle like crazy but also losing fat insanely fast, I’m eating plenty of food, not too much, not too little, and I’m 5’8 and losing fat/weight, so I’m not worried about getting too big.

Thanks for the advice, I’m 16 (6’2” and 250 lbs) been working out for months using my bodyweight and am ready to start to cut. I’ll try to update for anyone who cares, but thanks for the inspiration!

I'm actually just about to start my progress. I've been just like you, overweight and a lot of acne, and recently I've been loosing a lot of that weight and acne. Now that I moved, I have a gym near me that buses take us to for free, and imma start my workouts. Thank you for showing that I'm not alone
