Water makes me hungry especially in the morning lol if i dont have time for breakfast, which isnt often, i dont bother with water in until i have time for breafast. It increases my metabolism. And i feel if youre hungry, eat at least snack to keep fueling your body. Dont deny your hunger yall. And eat lots of prorein
