30 Min FAST & FURIOUS Full Body HIIT Workout - No Equipment | EPIC III Day 25

Speed alongside precision is the aim today! Really increasing the heartrate for a short duration, lots of movements involving the core and requiring not only fast twitch movements but muscular endurance also!

This workout is ‘nearly’ no repeat as every exercise is different but there is a staple! There are 2 exercises within the staple today! Push ups for upper body and alternating lunges to really work the entire lower body!

Due to the fact there are 2 exercises within the staple, this workout will pass very quickly!!

You will need a mat nearby and also a bottle of water & towel!

The timer will be on for 30 seconds each exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween!

Trust me… get that first set of burpees in and you will love it!! A lot of my favourite exercises that allow for that speed!

I seriously don’t understand anyone that would EVER give our girl a thumbs down! They are very minimal, but I just don’t get it! I have been working out all my adult life (I am 59 years old) and completely loving Caroline….which I discovered last year! You go, girl….nothing but ALL thumbs up from me!! 😘💕🙏🥰

wow, this left me feeling so accomplished and tired at the same time! WE'RE HALFWAY! 💪😄 I'm not the best at pushups or lunge jumps but I pushed through and the lunge jumps were even quite fun at times! This has been so much fun so far, chatting with you all about the workouts and encouraging each other every day! Her intro was so energetic that I feel like doing this immediately though I'm out... However shall do this when I'm back. Wonderful combination and what a finisher it is...the heart will come out thumping and later say thanks for the roller coaster ride😂😂😂

A few months ago I wasn't able to do lunge jumps, I wasn't able to coordinate and jump with both legs at the same time. Now I did all of them and without rest! I'm so proud of myself and very grateful to you, Caroline. Thank you for being my coach for 3 years! Lots of love from Spain!💗

Loved this!! We had a lot of fun laughing when doing some of the movements like the glute jumps! This one definitely flew by -- a great sweaty session!

Halfway hurray!!!
I'm too loving every sec of this program!! My lower back was showing up so did a bit of Pilates today, and this one is going to be a tough one.. Monday morning for this one!
Also, the excitement of being halfway is clearly showing in her energetic voice in the beginning

I was literally staring at my computer and waiting for today's workout to be dropped. This one went by so fast, by the time I noticed it, we were almost done with the session 😆 This workout was really fun and I really enjoyed it.
