I'll keep this one constant.
Day 1✅- Some exercises were harder than others, but generally, they were pretty good.
Day 2✅️- Definitely easier.
Day 3✅️- I did it without problems.
Day 4✅- Each day gets easier; the hip drops are a little harder.
Day 5✅️- Still, the hip drops are the hardest for me. I did every exercise without much problem.
Day 6✅️- I did the hip drops without
breaks!!!
Day 7✅️- I'm starting to notice abs lines and feeling stronger. I've tried many abs workouts, but this one is my favorite.
Day 8✅- Perfectly done! Now that there has been a week I can tell keeping your stomach flat through the entire workout is the key.
Day 9✅️- Done!!!
Day 10✅️- Rest dayyy
Day 11✅️- Done!
Day 12✅- Done!!! I forgot to update.
Day 13✅- Done
Day 14✅- Done!
Day 15✅️- Done!!!
Day 16✅- It's been two weeks now, and I can only say this is an amazing workout.

Day 3: ❌️ I'm not making any excuses yall..I was stretching and pulled my back muscle, I can barely sit for 5 mins without crying bec of pain, I decided to do this workout 2 times a week, as I have distributed my workouts to different days like one day for arms other day for abs like that.. so I'll be doing this for 2 times a week..

Now that it's summer, I've decided to quit the laziness and get serious I will be trying to do this for 1 week along with her newest leg workout.
Day 1 - June 8, 2024: ✅ I feel proud for even starting since I've been quite lazy and my actions weren't matching with my words. Today I walked 6.5 miles so my abs were burning, but it’ll be worth it, I am also doing 10K+ steps per day too. I may have a little definition in my abs since I'm a gymnast and dancer but I want to also strengthen my core <33.
Day 2 - June 9, 2024: ✅today was better and I ran 6.5 miles again. My abs are kinda less sore but I’m motivated.
Day 3 - June 10, 2024: ✅ I walked 6 miles and I’m less sore, as for my abs I’m less sore
Day 4 - June 11, 2024: ✅ I walked 5 miles today but I only completed half but still proud!
Day 5 - June 12, 2024: ✅ I forgot to update but walked 7 miles
Day 6 - June 13, 2024 : ✅ I almost made an excuse not to do this but I want people who do these workouts to see it does it have results. I walked 5.5 miles today my legs felt so heavy but with pride because I was happy!
Day 7 - June 14, 2024: ✅ I walked 7miles, one week done! My waist is 66cm so I've lost 0.2cm!
Day 8 - June 15, 2024: ✅ I walked 6.1 miles and I will be extended to 2 weeks!
Day 9 - June 16, 2024: ✅ Happy Father’s Day! I walked 8 miles and my abs are starting to show
Day 10 - June 17, 2024: ✅ I felt really unmotivated but pushed through!
Day 11 - June 18, 2024: ✅ I’m ready to push on to 3 weeks

Day 6: I was late and busy with school work so I did momomi's 3 min abs workout instead...
Day: 7: DONE! FINALY!

I recommend this so much!! In only one week, I can see and feel the change. I wear a skirt as my school uniform and it fitted me very well a week ago. Now, it's a bit loose at the waist and stomach. My stomach and waist are slimmer! Now i'll try a different video lol.

Day 1- Good! I don't feel much.
Day 2- Definitely can feel the burn.
Day 3 - Done! I can feel the burn in thr upper abs. Can't believe my mom said that my belly is showing 😢.
Day 4- Done!! My upper abs are stronger and they don't be like pooch belly anymore. ❤
Day 5 - God completed!! Exercises felt easy today or maybe because I slacked off, anyway the burn was there def. 9 days to go! 🎉
Day 6: Completed!! I can def the burn everywhere, the exercises were easier but i sweater profusely. 8 days to go🎉.
Day 7 : Done!! My waist def decreased by 2 inches. I can feel burn in the belly today too. My core is getting really strong. 7 days to go!! 🎉
Day 8: Awesome!! Things were easier and woah it was intense. 6 days to go😅
I was admitted in hospital for some thing. But i am back! Ready to do this.
Day 1: Done! I could feel the burn in the lower belly for the first time.
Day 2: Done!! ❤
Day 3: Done!! I could figure out how to keep my back straight and i can actually see the results, my waist size is decreased and my lower belly fat is decreases a bit. ❤

ive been doing this workout for maybe a bit over a week (+ other leg, arm, and flat stomach workouts, but as for stomach mainly this one by hailey) and i’ve been seeing some changes! i’m so so so happy, even my mom started complimenting me on my abs hehe

Just completed 60th day of Belly workout excluding 5 resting days off each day 30 minutes ! Almost everyday did it for 30 minutes and only twn days fpr ten minutes ! I am prpud of myself inu consistency in doing belly workouts kt ahows how much I desire and how kuch I am health aware and how much I like a fit healthy toned body especially nice toned belly and aems and legs also face iean emtire body ! Now ten minutes stretching and done !

I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks

Day 1: ✔️ Was difficult took three breaks. My neck was killing me.
Day 2:✔️ Harder 😭

I’m going to start doing the Chloe thing hourglass challenge but in these two days this ab workout did stop my bloating, which was good.😊

i love that you give tips to stay safe since doing some exercises could result in getting injured (such as a slip disk). i also really like how supportive you are and that you clarify results will come withcome consistency unlike some fitness youtubers who claim doing their workouts for only a short amount of time will show results immediately :D
