Great workout! I did it twice with 8lbs and 5lbs dumbells depending on the exercise. I'm still trying to get my strength up.

What's great about working with dumbbells is that you can use them to tone and burn fat and build muscle mass, I always use a variety of dumbbell exercises when I'm teaching my students.
