i couldn’t do the last very last exercise properly because there was sweat in my eyes 😂 i’ve also noticed that it’s been getting a bit easier for me to complete the whole workout without stopping the video even once!

Thank you sooo much! Can't believe i completed day 12 also.
For the first time simce i started this challenge i am able to complete the whole session without any break.i was really tired today.but still pushed myself, gathered mental strength and completed the workout.thank you so much!

2 more days to complete this 14 day challenge and once I finish giving 1 or 2 days to rest then going with ur 30 day challenge starting this slowly because I stopped working out last year and I'm also doing a intermittent fasting 18/6

I was going to wait until I finished all 14 days of this challenge to comment but I couldn't wait! I love these workouts! THANK YOU so much for creating this channel and these workouts!
I felt so energized today that I added workout 64 and the ab finisher! I am drenched with sweat but feel great!!

Day 1 done
Day 2 done
Day 3 done - arm day. i enjoyed the last 2 days workout more~!
Day 4 done - so much easier than yesterday! almost skipped today but i did not. see you guys tomorrow on day 5!
Day 5 done - literally just cried because of the stress to lose weight before this workout, and still i finished it. the t raise got me shaking out of breath. will update tomorrow. keep moving forwards guys!
Day 6 done - the bicycle kick seems easier today. good sign! my core is not strong enough to have my legs low like hers during the scissors kick, but i did not skip it!! Let's go day 7!!!
Day 7 - done/ heavy arm day again
Day 8 - done. too 3 days break cause I went cycling outdoors with my friends. today's workout is enjoyable. i lost 1.5kg so far - what?
Day 9 - done. sweaty! i feel a lot stronger now that i can do the scissor kicks at ease :)
Day 10 done - super sweaty!! i can do the bicycles and mountain climb so easily today. 4 more days to go!!
Day 11 Done - so sweaty. my arms are so much stronger!!
Day 12 done - 2x sweaty than yesterday!!! wow 140kcal in 20 min
