These stretches helped out a whole lot. But my pain is mostly in the mid-back (thoracic) area. I bike and sit at my desk a lot. A video on mid-back stretches would be great. Thanks!

Thanks, Dr. Tim! I have really been struggling with lower back pain, especially when we spend days sitting due to travel and while working in various non-ergonomic seated positions. I am incorporating your stretches and lower back exercises into my daily yoga routine and am already feeling a bit of relief!

I realize I have a tight left QL cuz while sitting I tend to tilt a little to the right I hope this stretch will help my problem
