I have torn Achilles tendon an I was put in therapy. But afterwards they took x rays. An they noticed it was torn. The foot doctor told me theses exercises was making it worse. So now they have me elevating it an I been applying ice for 20 mins an use this creme to apply for 3x a day for 6 weeks but I'm still in a lot of pain. What should I do to heal pls. ???
