35 minutes of pure cardio, pure burning! This workout is probably the most challenging home cardio session I've ever made!

Level 6 challenge: For those who requested Level 6 workouts. Try to hit the Level 6 rep goal. Anything below the rep goal is a level 5 workout. Take note that level 5 is still insane!

I used to follow Jordan's workout videos about 10yrs ago when he was still not as buff as today. Very dedicated, discipline, hardworking, and consistent. I remember his old videos where he did his workout at playground or a park :D I wanted to lose weight, so followed and I did lose weight. I'm now following his new videos for weight training, to build muscles! I want to have his body now LOL, and I know following his trainings will all be very worth it. Thanks Jordan! Following your training once again! 😅🤣

Finally I finished the workout after trying 3 times in the span of two weeks. I never would've pushed myself harder if Jordan didn't upload this workout.🙏

Found Jordan's channel and never looked back! He deserves everything, his videos are perfect, to me at least. The format is so easy to follow, the music is just right, the previews and progress bar are informative but not distracting.

I am 46 years old and follow Jordan's workouts since last November. I have seen great improvement in my fitness level and of course in my body. Started with Level 3 and now I have reached level 6. Love all Jordan's challenges. I do workout 5 times per week. Many thanks to Jordan.

To my surprise this was not ascending/descending, it was a full force double ascend. Wishful thinking at the start, but in the last session doing all the exercises together I only did till 25 seconds and with the last burpees I didn't even bother to come up, just jumped in with a jack. Good to know, this is not my level, still it was worth to try. It was fun, salty sweat in my eyes, shirt completely drenched, enjoyed it to the Max. The full body stretch on the App was my reward. I have enormous respect for you, Jordan, to perform this live and give it more than 100%.

This is the first time i finished jordan’s workout level 5-6. Wow, amazing, i only paused this video one time for the rest. I felt tired but really happy. Thank you 💪

Dude brought me through the long lockdown over here in Germany. I did 2 freeletics moduls and 3 of his workouts including this one. Ive never been so fit in my life. Now i'm doing this one again once a week just for the fun of it
