Killer Bodyweight Workout! (Level 5)

Warning: This workout routine is hardcore, and this workout routine is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "good workout" routine, and you may dislike this routine. However, this routine was designed to push your body to the limit or beyond, to forge your fitness to the next level.

Two main criteria to get the best out of level 5:

1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the "alternatives"

2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round

Bonus: 3.) Completed Level 4+ special round #ISurvivedJySpecialRound with more than 80 Burpees

If yes, you'll crush level 5 without a problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can't complete this level. At the end of the day, the level of the workout is not as important as the level of your consistency! Good luck!

I hope I will be able to do this one day. I'm still really weak but I'm progressing slowly. I'm working so hard and my diet is definitely on point with meal plan that I got from Next Level Diet. The most important thing is I believe in myself.

I remember when I was a newbie to this and thought I would never achieve routines like these. Now I can complete this hardcore routine with no problem and I am proud of myself. I can now do an interval exercise of 45 seconds and 15 seconds of rest. Everything can be done with constancy. Thank you so much for inspiring me Jordan

I am 12 years old and I did this for a week with the correct form and reps. After a week of gain check, I saw massive fat loss and all of that was just under a week. THANK YOU JORDAN!!! I am going to continue and keep moving forward. The trick is to just push yourself even if you don't feel like it.

The spilt squat to burpee combo in the second half. Wow. Brutal.

I've done Jordan's level 6 workouts and I honestly think the second half of this is the hardest on his channel. I'll be feeling this one tomorrow!

Split squats to burpees in the descending round was pure torture lol... Can definitely feel the burn. Excellent workout!

Hi, Jordan. Just want to say thank you very much for posting this workout. I have just completed 30 mins and AM ABSOLUTELY PUMPED. This is seriously effective calorie-burning, compound exercises, and I love that you showed alternative moves e.g. for the split squats which can help people who are new to it, or have some hip/knee injuries. Highly recommended 👍

This got to be the best full body cardio workout on YT. Really love the intensity. Had I known it before the lockdown I would have also done this workout twice a week by skipping out on my gym days. Please keep up work. Waiting for Level 6. 💪🏿

Thank you again Jordan Yeoh. You have been my lockdown saviour. Wasn’t sure about this one but having done the 4 and 4+, thought I’d give it a go. So glad I did. The second round destroyed my legs particularly after having leg day yesterday. Feel great now.

I've been doing this workout once/week for the last year, and other bodyweight exercises the other days. This is by far the best and most efficient...and with low injury risk to boot. Keep up the great work!
