first 5 minutes : "well this is easy"
min 5-10 : "okay its getting harder but I can still manage to follow him"
min 10-20 : space space space space space (on my laptop)

So... I did the whole thing, even the burpee round. Let me just tell you this, if you think you're not gonna make it just keep going. When I was on my third set of the burpee round I thought "Man, I think I'm just gonna get to the 5th set." When I finished the 5th, I said "Ok, one more" and just kept going until I was able to finish the whole thing.

This is my 3rd time doing this in 5 days and I definitely feel much fitter. Pushing through the burpees round is always something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

You were so consistently with # of your burpees in the special round. You started with 11 burpees in your first 30 sec and ended with almost 10 in your last 30 sec. I have never seen anyone this consistently with burpees before. Love your energy and especially your great forms.

Killer workout!!
When I did it the first time I thought I’m going to faint after all of those burpees. After 1 month doing this 2-3 times/week I can get through with the 5 lbs weight in each hand. My favourite Quarantine workout!Thanks for the awesome video🙌💚

Not kidding I did this for 3 week everyday
(2 reps of this entire video) per hour
and 6 hours (per day)
ie : 42 hours a week and 84 reps of this video a week
and I lost weight from 70kgs to 50kgs
IT IS REAL dont give up u will makeit!
