Love from Toronto! I’m turning 61 and found out that i am in a pre-diabetes condition. I was advised to take care of myself and change my lifestyle, pronto! And then covid-19 happened. Forced to stay home and miraculously given the time I need to exercise, I started to look for challenging workouts that will not break my knees. Then I found you! After 6 months of rigorously doing what you have preached, i am down from 160 pounds to 132. From size 10 to size 4! And i have never felt and looked better! Went from 305 lbs. to 225 lbs within 2023 and I for some reason can’t go down any lower even if it’s 2024. I will 100% try these. Thanks man.

Been doing the dumbelle workouts . But these bodyweight ones are life savers when you just want a great workout to feel powerful and don't have much space . The music and the graphics are brilliant 🔥.

This is the best workout so far. I often didn't find the logic behind how exercies were grouped together in previous workouts, but this one clearly shows the different between each exercise. Just by knowing that an exercise is green (easy) the heart rate comes back to normal and prepares well for the next red. And in my mind I don't get tired and freaked out at a red, as I know that the next one will be green and allow me to cool down. Thus, enabling me to give my best to each exercise and do them properly.
I hope that Jordan provides the same representation and methodology to all his future workouts, especially level 4 and upwards.

Dear Jordan, Your videos are very inspiring. I’ve been following them since 2018, training everyday 6 days a week. They helped me being stronger, more confident and frankly, my wife is more worried in a good way by the man I became now ^^! Unfortunately I got a inguinal hernia that is not a big thing but the doctor told me that I should stop training for a least a month, waiting for surgery, maybe I went too far, I don’t know. I’m 46 years old, I fought very hard to get where I wanted to be. Despite the advice of my doctor I’m going to follow you carefully on this one and I take responsibility for that, because I want to. I just want to thank you for so much inspiration. Keep the move and stay safe.

today(3 oct 2022) i promise that i will follow this workout for straight next 180 days , currently i am 18 yo and my weight is 103.00 kg, my target is to

1.do this 30 min workout everyday with only 1 day off every week
2.have a proper 7 hrs sleep daily if not possible least 6.5 hrs sleep
3.study for 14+ hours daily
4.reduce social media to 30 min per day
5.listening to music daily to keep my mind stable

my long term targets are
1.to have weight <=80 kg
2.to be able to to 50 perfect form pushups and 15 pull ups in single go
3.to excel in my engineering entrance exams
4. to have strong mental stability so that i dont fall into depression
5.to keep the most important person in my life, my mom happy

will update my weight loss
