This 60-minute intermediate total body yoga class will enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus.

I recommend this for intermediate students who are familiar with common yoga poses because there is minimal instruction in most of the sequences. This gives you a chance to really tune in to the breath and pay attention to the sensations and subtle energy in the body.

We end class with a 5-minute Savasana. Soft background music will start in Savasana. We close the practice together.

This is probably my favorite video by Maris, the best Yoga Teacher online as far as I’m concerned. Not only because Maris as usual is amazing, but the true star is that extraordinary tree outside, who gently dances and sways in its own yoga throughout the practice. I can’t take my eyes off of it. I have been practicing for 16 years and teaching for 10. I recently resigned all of my teaching gigs because of a move and have been quite sad not to have a regular place to practice. I searched the web and found myself here. THANK YOU for a wonderful practice that I desperately needed. And will have to repeat a few times since I now realize I am terribly out of practice and shape. Namaste!

This is the best flow I've done with the perfect combination of strenght, balance, stretch and meditation. Also love the variations for advanced practice. I would LOVE to see more like this! Pleeeease! 😊

Thank you very much for sharing this practice with us.  I have only two Yoga instructors on YouTube that I really like, but I have used them so much that I was eager to find something else good.  I really liked this class and I will check your other classes.

This is the best Yoga Vinyasa workout ever! I do it since over a year and tried various YT classes and never get bored of this one! Smooth, flowing movements, perfect body feeling and the most important thing for me... no too much talking! Yoga is yoga, we supposed to do it not talk through! Thank you, Ms. Yoga Upload! X
