With all due respect, leg extensions are terrible exercise for tennis players and a terrible exercise in general. First of all there's not transference to tennis in that movment, as opposed to squats, single leg squats, dead lifts, lunges, etc. Theres no imbalance to challenge the athlete, and theres an extreme isolation of a group of muscles (cuads) that never work alone, specially on a tennis court, and the previous exercises I mentioned do work the cuadriceps a lot (which are also on your video).
Besides, if we're talking of a non-sport person, who just goes to the gym to improve their health of their physique, this exercise does put a lot of stress on the tendon of the cuads, which can cause an injury.
So, to round up, I think that the leg extension machine is not an exercise to recommend to anyone, especially if you are a tennis player, because of the lack of functionality and the unhealthy aspect of it.
Hope my comment help, good channel men, keep it up!
