First of all I'd like to thank you because, of all the exercises I have done so far this one seems to be excellent for the core and the fact that you ask us to engage the core which almost 99% of other instructors fail to tell us is simply epic.... I almost lost 2 inches of my waist doing this exercise for almost one month thanks a ton and I guess it is worth appreciating her work... congratulations team Glamrs

Best time to watch these videos before sleeping at night.You just make a plan for tomorrow that "i'll start from tomorrow, i'll wake up so early and it'll be great day for me".And morning you like "maybe next day is good time".Anyway, thanks a lot.İ hope i'll start to do these exercises tomorrow.

I love this exercise, it's not like those other extremely hard ones, this one is easier for beginners and it's easy but you still feel the burn, you just need to keep your back flat and like she said if your neck hurts just put one hand behind your head and hold it up.

Started with this exercise today, I will post the results everyday here.

Day1: I feel the burn in my belly and I tried to go slow by keeping my legs down during the exercises, felt difficulty with the breathing, I mean I could not follow the rhythm of inhaling and exhaling, but sure I will get hold of my breathing going on.

Day 2: I was able to engage the core and I could breathe properly today during the workout. Easier than day 1, I was able to finish all exercises today.

Day 3: Slowly getting to the perfection 😁😁. Same like day 2, but could engage the core better than day 2. But I have little pain with my neck muscles. Not sure how to avoid that. Guys who are reading this, let me know if you feel the same with the neck.

Day 4: I ditched it today 😀

Day 5: Same as Day 3 but next pain is not there.

STOMACH FEELS MUCH LIGHTER TODAY 🥰

I do this everyday, infact Started it from last Lockdown in Mar2020...I was 68 KG and now 61...so there are few other exercises which I do daily basis but this one is best👍🏻 Thanx Namrata❤️
