Nicole, you’re absolutely wonderful, but please don’t use clickbait titles that promote toxic diet and wellness culture. It’s incredibly misleading and disrespectful to your viewers. You’re way too skilled and professional at what you do to title your videos with “small waist” and “flat stomach” to get views. I used to love practicing with you but these titles are kinda gross. This isn’t what yoga/pilates is about. Please do better and stop promoting this kind of stuff to the women watching you!
